The International Ocean Colour Coordinating Group (IOCCG) and the GlobalHAB programme have published as IOCCG Report Series No. 20 a report on observation of Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) with ocean colour radiometry.
The report was edited by Stewart Bernard, Raphael Kudela, Lisl Robertson Lain and Grant Pitcher with contributions from more than 20 co-authors.
