The International Ocean Colour Coordinating Group (IOCCG) and the GlobalHAB programme have published the report on the observation of Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) with ocean colour radiometry as IOCCG Report Number 20, 2021.
The report was edited by Stewart Bernard, Raphael Kudela, Lisl Robertson Lain and Grant Pitcher with contributions from more than 20 co-authors.
