Conference on Developing a Global Strategy for Capacity Building in the Ocean Sciences
Purpose of Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to bring together representatives of organizations interested in capacity building for ocean research and observations, to discuss their experiences with existing activities, to identify new activities, and to discuss how the organizations could work together to create a global strategy for capacity building for ocean research and observations.
