IQOE Workshop on Low-Cost, Self-contained Underwater Acoustic Recording Systems

The purpose of this workshop was to gather information about low-cost, self-contained underwater acoustic recording systems that could be deployed more widely worldwide to help achieve the goals of the International Quiet Ocean Experiment (IQOE) and to contribute to measurements related to the Ocean Sound Essential Ocean Variable of the Global Ocean Observing System. The workshop was held virtually and repeated several times to make participation easier for scientists and equipment developers from around the world.
